Food is a process that accompanies us throughout life. For us it is an absolute priority to provide a diet that covers the nutritional needs of each stage.

We have a large dining room and a terrace (whenever time allows us to go out to eat and enjoy the outdoors) that we use as another pedagogical tool, we give great importance to the fact of acquiring habits of hygiene, health, socialization and autonomy.
Our school has its own kitchen and two cooks who daily prepare two menus, one crushed and one solid with a lot of passion. With the Cocivap (industrial steaming machine) we make sure that the menus are healthy and balanced. The fact of having a qualified person in charge of the kitchen allows us to adapt to changes and adapt to make variations in the menus due to intolerances, allergies …
We have the authorization granted by the Department of Health of the Generalitat of Catalonia to cook and serve meals. In addition, the entire team has the Food Handling course up to date.
We enjoy the local trade acquiring the food both in the market and in a cooperative of responsible cultivation that they supply us weekly.
